PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: September 1, 2026
Networx Design is a family-run online marketing business operated by JJ Consulting & Advertising Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through networxdesign.com, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
In this policy, “Networx Design,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JJ Consulting & Advertising Inc., doing business as Networx Design. “You” refers to a visitor, prospective client, or current client who uses this website or contacts us.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you choose to provide
We collect information you submit through our contact or strategy-request form, by email, by phone or text, during a video call, or through another direct conversation with us. Depending on how you contact us, that information may include:
• Your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
• Your website address, industry, and the services that interest you.
• Information about your current online presence, business goals, and project needs.
• Scheduling details and the content of messages or other communications with us.
• Client materials, account access information, or project information that you provide after deciding to work with us.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the public website form. Current clients should use the secure method provided for their project.
Information collected automatically
Like most business websites, our site and its service providers may collect basic technical and usage information when you visit. This may include your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit.
This website is built and hosted with Wix. Wix and any analytics, security, scheduling, or other services connected to the website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, prevent misuse, and help us understand how the site is used.
Information from third-party services
If you contact us through a scheduling service, video-call provider, social network, payment service, or another third-party platform, we may receive the information that you choose to share through that service. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies to its handling of your information.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information for practical business purposes, including to:
• Respond to questions and service requests.
• Review a business’s website, visibility, or stated marketing needs before a consultation.
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one calls.
• Prepare proposals and provide agreed services.
• Communicate with prospective and current clients about requests, projects, and support.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Maintain business, tax, billing, and communication records.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, clients, and website.
We may send marketing email only when you have asked to receive it or when the law otherwise permits it. You may opt out of promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us.
PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES
If you provide a phone number or contact us by text, we may call or text you about your inquiry, appointment, requested service, or active project. Providing a phone number through the website does not, by itself, enroll you in automated promotional text messages.
We do not currently use the website to run an automated marketing-text program. If that changes, we will request any consent required by law and provide appropriate opt-out instructions. Message and data rates may apply to ordinary text communications.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for another company’s unrelated direct marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may share information in limited circumstances:
• Service providers. Companies that help us host and operate the website, manage forms and email, schedule meetings, conduct video calls, process payments, analyze site use, store files, or protect our systems may process information for us.
• Professional advisers. Accountants, attorneys, insurers, and similar advisers may receive information when reasonably necessary for their work.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, address a security issue, protect someone’s safety, or defend legal rights.
• Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
We expect service providers to use information only for the work they perform for us and to protect it appropriately.
PAYMENTS
If you become a client and pay for services electronically, the payment provider processes the transaction under its own privacy and security terms. Networx Design generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
COOKIES AND BROWSER CHOICES
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Others may support analytics or features that we add later.
You can usually block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site work. Some browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a consistent industry standard for that signal, this website may not respond to it in every instance. We will honor privacy-choice signals when applicable law requires us to do so.
DATA RETENTION
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for an active or anticipated business relationship, and for legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping needs. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it is held. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely dispose of it.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under our control. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what to send online.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to ask us to:
• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you.
• Provide access to or a copy of that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete information, subject to lawful exceptions.
• Restrict or object to certain uses of information.
• Withdraw consent when our use depends on consent.
To make a privacy request, email jessy@networxdesign.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no need to submit a request to opt out of those practices. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choice required by law.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Our website may link to third-party websites and social networks. We do not control their privacy, security, or content. Review the privacy policy of any third-party service before sharing information with it.
VISITORS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Networx Design is based in California, and information is processed in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, our services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be described on this page or communicated in another reasonable way when required.
QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, AND SUGGESTIONS
If you have read this policy and believe something is unclear, incomplete, or does not sit right with you, we welcome a thoughtful conversation. Please email Jessy at jessy@networxdesign.com, identify the part that concerns you, explain your position in concrete terms, and include any supporting information you think we should consider.
We will carefully review professional, good-faith feedback and may update this policy when we believe a change would better serve our visitors, clients, or legal obligations. We cannot promise that every suggestion will result in a change, but we will take reasonable and constructive concerns seriously.
