WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Effective date: September 1, 2026

These Website Terms of Use govern access to networxdesign.com and its public content. The website is operated by JJ Consulting & Advertising Inc., doing business as Networx Design.

Please read these terms before using the site. By continuing to use it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

WHAT THESE TERMS COVER

These terms cover use of the public website, its forms, and its general information. They are not a client service agreement and do not set the scope, price, schedule, cancellation rights, deliverables, or ownership terms for a paid project.

If you hire Networx Design, the proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written service agreement accepted by you and Networx Design will govern that engagement. If a client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the client agreement controls for the paid services it covers.

ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Networx Design provides online marketing, search engine optimization, competitor analysis, and related consulting and website services. The descriptions on this site are general. The exact work included in a project depends on the written agreement for that project.

Submitting a form, sending a message, scheduling a call, or receiving preliminary feedback does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both sides accept a written agreement or proposal and any required initial payment is made.

NO GUARANTEED MARKETING RESULTS

We aim to provide thoughtful work and practical recommendations, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. These include a client’s industry, competition, website history, budget, business operations, customer demand, platform policies, and changes to search-engine or social-media algorithms.

Unless a signed client agreement expressly says otherwise, Networx Design does not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic level, number of leads, conversion rate, revenue amount, review count, follower count, or other business result. Examples, estimates, audits, and recommendations are not promises of future performance.

INFORMATIONAL CONTENT

Website content is provided for general business and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a strategy is appropriate for your business and for obtaining specialized advice when needed.

We work to keep the website accurate and useful, but information can become outdated and may contain an occasional error. We may correct, update, or remove content at any time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

When you use the website or contact us, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect the rights, privacy, and intellectual property of others.
  • Avoid sending malicious code, automated spam, false inquiries, or material intended to disrupt the site.
  • Avoid attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, forms, or data.
  • Avoid misrepresenting your identity or your authority to act for a business.

You are responsible for the information and materials you choose to submit. Do not send login credentials, payment-card details, regulated personal information, or confidential material through the public contact form.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s design, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to JJ Consulting & Advertising Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the site and print or save a reasonable portion for your own internal, noncommercial reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, or use our content or branding to create a competing product or misleading impression of affiliation without prior written permission.

Business names, logos, screenshots, or other materials supplied by a client remain subject to the rights established in the applicable client agreement and the rights of their respective owners.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND LINKS

The website may link to or use services provided by Wix, Google, social networks, video-call providers, scheduling services, payment processors, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We do not control a third-party platform’s availability, security, rules, algorithms, or content. A link does not necessarily mean that Networx Design endorses everything offered or stated by the third party. Use third-party services at your own discretion.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website for maintenance, security, business, or other reasons. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors or harmful components, although we take reasonable steps to operate it responsibly.

PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the website, you acknowledge that policy. If you do not want to submit information through the site, you may contact us by another method listed on the Contact page.

DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its public content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Networx Design disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJ Consulting & Advertising Inc., Networx Design, and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or reliance on its general content. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

For a paid client project, any limitation of liability in the applicable signed client agreement will control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE

If your unlawful misuse of the website, your submitted material, or your violation of these terms causes a third-party claim against Networx Design, you agree to be responsible for the resulting reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs to the extent allowed by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a separate client agreement states otherwise, any dispute concerning the public website will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Stanislaus County, California.

Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the website or our business changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after updated terms are posted means the updated terms apply from that point forward.
QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, AND SUGGESTIONS
If you have read these terms and believe a provision is unclear, unfair, or should be reconsidered, please email Jessy at jessy@networxdesign.com. Identify the section, describe your concern in concrete terms, and include any supporting information you think we should consider.
We will carefully review professional, good-faith feedback and may revise these terms when we believe a change is appropriate. Contacting us does not suspend or override these terms, and no change is effective unless Networx Design publishes it in writing or includes it in a written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before the work begins

Does AI-search optimization replace traditional SEO?

No. AI-assisted discovery still depends on clear website structure, useful content, crawlability, credible information, and traditional SEO foundations.

What types of pages can Networx Design create?

Homepages, service pages, landing pages, industry pages, product or category pages, comparison guides, FAQs, articles, legitimate local pages, and campaign pages.

How is content accuracy maintained?

Work begins with verified services, terminology, differentiators, service areas, buyer profiles, proof points, brand voice, and corrections.

Can paid advertising and SEO run together?

Yes. Paid campaigns may support shorter-term visibility while SEO, content, and authority build over time.

How is performance measured?

Traffic sources, engagement, calls, forms, rankings, content visibility, paid cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion paths.

How long does SEO take?

Timelines vary by competition, website condition, market demand, content depth, authority, and consistency. Networx Design provides realistic expectations rather than guarantees.
